April Noblitt has been the Director of the Commercial Real Estate Market for Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, Americas since January 2009. Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies is a global provider of products and services that make environments safe, secure and productive. Their market-leading products include electronic and biometric access-control, time-and-attendance and personnel scheduling systems; mechanical and electronic door hardware; and steel doors and frames, architectural hardware and technologies and services for global security markets.
Before joining Security Technologies, April held a range of posts in business development, general management, marketing and operations, with a focus on the commercial, residential, and consumer package goods industries. As a current member of BOMA International, she works with National account teams to define standard security solutions to meet the unique and ever-changing business needs of Commercial Real Estate clients. |

Brian McCabe

Brian McCabe, Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Technology Officer for the G4S Americas Region, is responsible for leading the company's business development efforts including the development of integrated security solutions incorporating traditional manned security, technology and risk mitigation. Spearheading a consulting-led approach for G4S clients, Brian works with G4S business units in the region and globally, harnessing the company's expertise and capabilities, as well its industry-leading technology, into new security solutions for G4S clients. He has worked extensively with G4S's Latin American businesses, bringing risk and technology solutions to customers in Latin America. Brian has also served in leadership roles with Xerox and GE Aerospace. Prior to joining G4S in 2000, Brian was Vice President of IT for Diageo. |

Eric Ospina
Chief Executive Officer, G4S Brazil | Deputy Chief Financial Officer, G4S Americas
As the CEO for G4S Brazil, Eric led the company’s entry into the Brazil market in 2009 and is in the process of integrating key acquisitions in the alarm monitoring, security technology and facilities management sectors.
He joined G4S in 2001, serving as Vice President of Operations at G4S Latin America for more than two years and more than eight years as Chief Financial Officer for G4S, Latin America and the Caribbean. Eric has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and business-integration as well as strategic/business planning, market analysis, market segmentation/positioning and plan execution.

Gustavo Gassmann

Gustavo Gassmann began his career in the Brazilian electronic security market in 2001, working on the integration of access control systems and CFTV. In 2005 he was put in charge of HID’s sales in the Brazilian market and afterwards took over the company’s sales in Latin America. This experience gave him a broader view of business in the Latin American region. Gassmann is currently concentrating on the Brazilian market, acting as Sales Director for HID Global in Brazil. |

As global operations VP Juan is responsible for the Latin America, South Africa, selected emerging markets in the world, OpEx, EHS and IT. Prior to his current role, Juan was the President for UTC Fire & Security in Europe.
Prior to UTC Mogollon served for 22 years in General Electric in a variety of leadership assignments including Commercial Vice President in Europe for GE Consumer & Industrial, Managing Director for Brazil GE Medical Systems; General Manager for Latin America Services; and General Manager, Global Contractual Services.
Juan received his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and B.S. from the University of Arizona. |
